In the Leicester office, you will be joining a highly collaborative team environment, working closely with 2 Partners who are leaders in the Private Client field.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of private client work, including wills, probate, LPAs and a variety of trust and tax matters.
  • Work with clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to local business owners and families.
  • Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of documentation, always ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with 2 supportive Partners in Leicester, who will provide guidance and encourage your progression.
  • Take an active role in mentoring junior lawyers and engaging in business development initiatives.

You

  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
  • Experienced in handling wills, probate, LPAs and ideally some tax and trust work.
  • Commercially minded with excellent client-care skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive and ready to step up into a senior position.
  • Someone who thrives in a team-focused and collaborative environment.
