An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to play a pivotal role in the brand new Manchester office of a well-established national law firm. This role is ideal for either:

  • An experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership position, or
  • An ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a genuine “step-up” opportunity.

You will benefit from high-quality work from day one, full autonomy, and significant investment from the firm to build and grow your own team. A client following is not required, but those with one and/or prior management experience will be well-positioned to command a higher salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in developing and growing the Manchester conveyancing offering
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider property team

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
