Eligibility
Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years’ PQE and have experience of running your own respondent matters. Good quality claimant experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
The role will deal with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients and some individuals. You will handle a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, drafting settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.
Progression
There will be genuine opportunity to progress quickly from Associate/Senior Associate level to Legal Director & Junior Partner level, as this firm has recently been acquired by a private-equity backed group and will be the central law firm of this group.
