Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this boutique law firm that acts as the legal arm of a wider group of companies, and one of the most active deal makers in the market.
You will, in essence, be acting as an In-House Corporate Solicitor, working on behalf of the group of companies, and dealing with transactional corporate work, including mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and private equity matters.
You will ideally be a 1 - 6 PQE Corporate Solicitor, with experience at a regional or national Legal 500 practice. The office is based in central Manchester, with hybrid working available, plus the scope to develop and progress your career quickly, as this boutique practice has ambitious growth plans.
