A national corporate team is growing its Manchester base and hiring a solicitor at 2–5 PQE, with genuine seniority around you to learn from and to back you as you take on more.
What sets this one apart is the transactional range from a regional seat. You won't be boxed into a single deal type, with work moving across M&A, private equity and equity capital markets rather than a steady diet of lower-mid-market share sales.
The role spans:
- Acquisitions and disposals of shares, businesses and assets, supporting on some and leading others.
- Public company work, including IPOs and secondary equity fundraisings.
- Due diligence, data room reviews and disclosure, on both the buy side and the sell side.
- You’ll draft and finalise the disclosure letters, investment documents and the full run of ancillary paperwork.
- General corporate work covering restructurings, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and LLPs, with the principal documents yours to draft.
- Early client contact, plus a hand in business development and tenders.
You’ll get the room to build and run your own caseload, with the support to progress quickly rather than waiting your turn, inside a firm operating across several UK offices, so the work is national in quality with a proper corporate group around you.
If you want serious PE and ECM exposure from a Manchester base, this one rewards a closer look.
