An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Property Lawyer to take on a fee earning role or step into a Team Leader/Supervisor role within a progressive and growing law firm. This is not volume conveyancing but quality over quantity. The firm rewards performance with a lucrative 16% bonus scheme on billing above target, ensuring your hard work is recognised and well-rewarded. You’ll be working with a supportive team (a mix of fee earners and support staff), while handling a manageable caseload of conveyancing files.
Role- Oversee and advise on all aspects of residential property transactions
- Handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters – including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages
- Ensure smooth progress of files and provide expert guidance throughout the conveyancing process
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team of lawyers/support staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and advise colleagues
- Excellent client care skills and a proactive approach
- 16% bonus on everything billed above target
- Manageable caseload (capped around 70-80 files) for quality over volume
