The Role – Conveyancing Fee Earner The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will focus on transactions involving properties acquired through repossession and subsequently being sold on.

The work will include: Handling residential property transactions involving repossessed properties.

Dealing with freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions.

Managing an effective caseload equivalent to approximately 40–50 files.

Handling a defined part of the conveyancing process rather than being responsible for every stage of the transaction.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

Providing a high standard of client care and conveyancing support.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring matters progress in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Mostly Remote Working – Manchester Office One of the key attractions of this opportunity is the flexibility of the working arrangement.

The successful candidate will work predominantly from home, with office attendance required in Manchester when necessary.

Requirements: The firm is open to candidates with experience across residential conveyancing, including: Conveyancing Fee Earner Residential Conveyancer Licensed Conveyancer Conveyancing Assistant Conveyancing Paralegal You should have a good understanding of residential property transactions and be comfortable dealing with freehold, leasehold and/or shared ownership matters.

Experience of repossession or post-repossession property sales would be advantageous, although relevant residential conveyancing experience will be considered.
