A top-50 UK firm is recruiting into its commercial and technology team at 3–7 PQE, based in Manchester.
You'd act for FTSE 100/250 businesses, global brands and household names - frequently as an embedded extension of their in-house legal and commercial teams rather than an outside adviser kept at arm's length, with an international dimension to much of the work from day one.
The work spans complex outsourcing, business-critical supply agreements, digital transformation and technology implementation programmes, and data-driven projects across a broad mix of consumer, industrial and financial services sectors.
There's scope for an in-house secondment with one of the firm's clients: commercial exposure from the client side, not just advising into it, alongside early responsibility and direct client contact on high-profile matters.
The commercial team is independently ranked among the stronger UK practices, with a reputation for commercial and negotiating strength.
If you want household-name clients and genuine client-side exposure while staying in Manchester, this is a strong commercial and tech platform to do it on.
