My client is a well-established commercial law firm in Manchester city centre who are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well regarded commercial property team acting for developers, investors, landowners and established businesses across the North West.\n

\n You will manage a broad caseload covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, secured lending, lease negotiations and corporate support transactions. The role offers significant autonomy, strong client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.\n
\n
\n The position is ideally suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE who is looking for quality work, flexibility and a genuine long-term career opportunity. There is a clear pathway to Director and Partnership level for the right individual.\n
\n
\n The firm offers a collaborative culture, flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary, bonus scheme and excellent benefits package. Salary is expected to be in the £55,000 - £80,000 region. \n
