This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1 years' PQE looking to develop their expertise within a highly regarded Real Estate team, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload. The Role
- You'll manage your own files while receiving ongoing support and mentoring from a highly experienced senior solicitor.
- The work is varied, interesting and commercially focused, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial development transactions
- Land acquisitions and site assembly
- Development projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Property finance transactions
- Portfolio management
- General commercial real estate work for a broad client base
From day one, you'll inherit an active caseload and have genuine responsibility, allowing you to continue developing your technical expertise while building strong client relationships.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Approximately 1-3 years' PQE in Real Estate or Commercial Property
- Experience handling commercial property transactions with appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
