The Role
- Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.
- Work as part of an experienced and supportive wider property team.
- Opportunity to develop your experience and progress your career over the longer term.
You
- Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing.
- Applications welcomed from Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and experienced Paralegals.
- Experience managing your own caseload is advantageous, although candidates looking to take that next step will also be considered.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proactive, approachable and comfortable working as part of a team.
