The role
- Handle a broad and high quality commercial property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
- Lease extensions and renewals, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Development work, site set up and full due diligence
- Financing and refinancing matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Conducting title investigations, property searches and detailed due diligence
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors on their legal rights and obligations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial property law
About you
- 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client handling skills
- Experience acting for landlords, tenants, developers and lenders
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Proactive, dependable and confident in taking responsibility
- A strategic thinker who enjoys being involved beyond day to day casework
