Residential Property role in central London. Hybrid working. You will assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including preparing and reviewing legal documents and liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties.

You will assist in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion and support fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.

If you have a minimum of 1 year experience in conveyancing and a good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process as well as experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms then this could be the role for you.
