They are now looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their established commercial property team, with flexibility on office location across the Thames Valley.
The role

Key responsibilities
Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Managing commercial lease matters including grants, renewals, assignments and portfolio management
Handling options, conditional contracts, pre emption and promotion agreements
Acting on secured lending transactions, including development and site assembly work
