3-6 year PQE Real Estate role in London at a leading Legal 500 law firm. The role will focus on asset management and corporate occupiers / tenant work.

The role will involve mainly working with UK asset managers with a full range of asset management/sales and acquisitions/financing/complex agreement for lease transactions in a variety of sectors as well as supporting occupiers with the negotiation of leases and pre-letting agreements for premises and HQ relocations, disposals, lease extensions, regears, refurbishment projects and portfolio management.

You will be integral in building a relationship with clients and will take a lead role on transactions. Hybrid working is available and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer.
