You’ll join a collaborative Residential and Commercial Property team that combines quality work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious property matters, primarily residential, with scope to take on commercial work if desired. This role is more suited to a junior Solicitor who is looking to join a firm that is focussed on development and support. This position is based in the firm’s London office, with hybrid working and ongoing opportunities for training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and a trusted referral network

About You
  • Strong residential property experience
  • Experience of commercial property work (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • IT-literate and comfortable working with case management systems
