Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor Senior Opportunity within an Award Winning and Leading Legal 500 Team An established and highly regarded law firm in NW London is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its respected litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor seeking autonomy, high quality work and the chance to play a key role within a supportive and collaborative practice.

The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing outstanding client care and is recognised for delivering expert advice across a broad range of legal services.

You will manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters from instruction through to conclusion, acting for clients across a wide range of claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupiers' liability claims and medical negligence.

Alongside handling your own files, you will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to the continued success of the department.

The role offers genuine responsibility, excellent client exposure and the opportunity to become an integral part of an experienced team.

The Role You will: Manage a full caseload of claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters from inception through to settlement or trial.

Advise clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.

Draft court documents, witness statements, pleadings and settlement agreements.

Liaise with medical experts, counsel, insurers and third parties.

Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings and mediations where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all court deadlines, protocols and regulatory requirements.

Supervise Trainee Solicitors and junior members of the team, providing guidance and support.

Maintain exceptional standards of client care while contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the department.

About You You will be: A qualified Solicitor with around 10 years' PQE or above in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

Experienced in managing a varied claimant caseload independently.

Confident handling litigated matters and conducting settlement negotiations.

Highly organised with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

A strong communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior team members.

Proactive, commercially aware and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
