The Role
You will join a growing litigation team, managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters with a particular focus on contested probate, alongside broader general litigation work. Your caseload will include complex estate disputes as well as a range of civil and commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while also having the autonomy to manage your own files, ensuring high standards of client care and technical delivery. This is a dynamic role offering excellent exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to further develop your expertise across multiple areas of litigation.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in contested probate and general litigation matters. Confidence in handling disputes, alongside strong client care and communication skills, is essential.
