The Opportunity

Our global client is seeking a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy and dynamic in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts while receiving full support to develop your technical and commercial legal skills. You’ll be part of a highly regarded team, contributing to interesting legal matters across multiple regions, and will have clear opportunities for career progression within the department.

About the Role

  • Draft, review, and negotiate high value, complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
  • Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to manage legal risk.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions.

About You

  • Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7-15 years PQE (guideline).
  • Have strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a commercial mindset, able to balance legal risk with business needs.
  • Be motivated to grow within a successful in-house legal team handling multi-jurisdictional work.
  • Applicants outside the PQE range are encouraged to apply if they have the relevant experience.
