70% respondent work.
An equal mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
The department have strong links with the Corporate and Real Estate teams in the firm, so a lot of work comes from these departments, resulting in a good variety of work.
This is a happy, socialble team who regularly go out for lunches etc.
You will not be micro-managed and will have the leeway to work how you like to.
Hybrid working is available from the outset.
