Employment law role in London. Senior Associate level position - 8-12 years PQE. You should have a strong respondent and contentious Employment law background, although you will work across some senior executive and non-contentious matters as well.

You will advise clients ranging from large corporates to SMEs across matters such as:

  • Disciplinary processes
  • Workplace investigations
  • Discrimination issues
  • Sexual harassment allegations
  • Business reorganisations
  • Large-scale redundancies
  • TUPE transfers
  • Transgender rights

Experience of advocacy is desirable, but not essential. If you have experience of drafting and responding to tribunal claims, drafting witness statements and managing disclosure and have worked at a leading London Law firm, then this could be the opportunity for you.
