This Global Law firm in London is seeking an experienced Defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join the team as a Senior Associate. You will join their highly regarded Healthcare team, working on employer's liability and public liability matters for NHS Resolution. You will work on a wide range of fast-track and multi-track claims, support key NHS and healthcare clients, and gain exposure to complex, sensitive and high-profile matters. The team is known for handling sensitive claims involving complex legal, medical and factual issues. They advise clients on medical malpractice, health law, regulatory matters, inquests and judicial reviews. You will work with a broad healthcare client base and work on matters such as defending the NHS against injury claims brought by its own staff and defending the NHS against personal injury claims brought by non-employees, such as patients, visitors, contractors, or members of the public who suffer an accident on NHS premises.
