A highly regarded and forward thinking law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join its established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway towards Partnership and the opportunity to eventually lead the department.
The role will involve advising a broad range of owner managed businesses and SMEs on a variety of company commercial matters, including company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Experience in corporate finance matters and working closely with commercial real estate clients would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. Attention to detail is essential, alongside a willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues alike.
There is also a strong emphasis on business development, so candidates should have a genuine interest in networking and relationship building, ideally with an existing following or referrer network.
