New Contentious Trust role in central London at a top tier Legal 500 law firm. My Client is seeking a Solicitor around 3-4 years PQE to join their Contentious Trust department.

The team advise on disputes affecting large landed estates and domestic trusts as well as deals with challenging multi-jurisdictional trust and estates cases. The team deals with cases including:

  • Trustee and executor removal applications
  • Breach of trust claims
  • Trustee blessing applications
  • Probate and estate disputes
  • Claims under the Inheritance Act 1975
  • Capacity issues
  • Will validity issues

Clients range from trustees to protectors, administrators, beneficiaries, HNW individuals and landed estates.
