We're currently working with a fabulous international law firm looking for someone to join their well established Corporate team. A great opportunity to join a specialist function with both UK and international businesses, across a range of transactions and governance matters.
The role?
- Acting as a first point of contact for company secretarial clients
- Incorporation of new companies, branches and partnerships
- Day-to-day company secretarial support and client requests
- Maintaining statutory records, registers and entity data (Diligent or similar)
- Preparing and filing Confirmation Statements and statutory accounts
- Completing Companies House filings
- Drafting minutes, resolutions and corporate documentation
- Processing Identity Verification and obtaining Personal Codes
- Supporting legalisation and notarisation of documents
- File opening and closing, engagement and exit letters
- Conflict checks and compliance diary management
- Liaising with auditors and corporate colleagues
About you?
- Previous company secretarial experience or a strong interest in this area
- Familiarity with Diligent / Blueprint or similar systems is an advantage
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional client manner
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
