This is an excellent opportunity to work for a firm that operates globally. The company in question are currently looking to add a Family Associate to their well-regarded team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity to join this team who have a wealth of experience.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' + PQE experience within Family Law and will be able to commute to their office based in Liverpool. Ideally, you can demonstrate your experience of managing a private family caseload independently.
For this role, you will also need strong drafting and communication skills as well as experience preparing for and attending court hearings. In this role, you will be managing a full caseload of Family matters with minimal supervision, whilst also advising clients on the following:
- Financial Remedy Proceedings
- Private Children Law Matters
- Divorce
- Co-habitation Disputes
- Schedule 1 claims
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
