Join a large, established Residential Conveyancing department with genuine opportunities for career progression.
- Work alongside an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal within a collaborative team structure designed to develop your skills.
- Progress residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction.
- Review contracts, title documentation, mortgage offers and property searches.
- Raise enquiries and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing.
- Prepare reports on title and all associated client documentation.
- Deal with lender requirements, redemption statements and Certificates of Title.
- Prepare completion statements, invoices and undertakings.
- Coordinate exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.
- Maintain accurate case management records while delivering exceptional client care.
Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Confident handling a wide range of residential property transactions.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
