The role involves:
- Managing a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more bespoke transactions
- Providing a tailored, client-focused service rather than operating in a high-volume environment
- Working closely with experienced colleagues within both residential and wider property teams
- Playing an active role in maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering solutions-driven advice
- Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening relationships with referrers and professional contacts
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to support cross-referrals and team growth
You will need to be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE, with strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently. You should be commercially aware, with an understanding of financial performance and contribution, and possess excellent communication skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively are essential. Being a team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach is also important, as is ambition and a desire to develop your career in a supportive environment.
