Join an established Residential Conveyancing team, working closely with a qualified Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal. Take responsibility for a broad range of fee-earning conveyancing work within a supportive team environment. Review mortgage offers and searches. Liaise with lenders regarding redemption figures, mortgage releases and Certificates of Title. Draft SDLT returns and deal with Help to Buy documentation where required. Help maintain consistently high standards of client care throughout every transaction. Could you see yourself developing your conveyancing expertise while having experienced colleagues around you to share knowledge, offer support and help you progress? Have previous experience running a residential conveyancing caseload within a law firm or conveyancing business. Have strong communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with clients and professional contacts.
