Legal 500 London law firm – Property Legal Secretary role. The client is seeking a Property Legal Secretary to join the team, primarily supporting Commercial Property Lawyers. It is essential that you have Commercial Property Legal Secretary experience.
Responsibilities
- Open files and obtain title documents from the Land Registry and assist with various Land Registry applications.
- Prepare documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage deeds, land transaction returns, and registration applications.
- Manage Land Registry applications and draft/manage SDLT submissions.
- Produce documents (e.g., leases, contracts, completion statements) with strong dictation, version control, formatting, and engrossments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary.
