A well-established, well-recognised litigation practice based in Horsforth is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Litigator who has at least c.5 years fee-earning experience to join them.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims from inception through to conclusion, including:
- Employer’s Liability (EL)
- Public Liability (PL)
- Clinical Negligence
- Abuse matters
The role involves end-to-end case handling, with a strong focus on:
- Quantum assessment
- Negotiation and settlement
- Litigation strategy
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Have solid experience handling litigated PI claims
- Be confident managing files independently
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of quantum and negotiation
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be client-focused, organised and commercially aware
