A leading national law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded team.
The Employment team advises a broad range of household-name employers and major national businesses on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team is highly ranked in the Legal Directories and continues to experience strong growth nationally.
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of employment matters including:
- Redundancy and restructuring matters
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- Whistleblowing and discrimination claims
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Drafting defences, witness statements and merits reports
- Supporting clients with day-to-day employment law advice
- Drafting articles and legal updates
- Assisting with training, networking and wider business development initiatives
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop within a highly respected national practice, gaining exposure to high-quality work and well-known clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE)
- Strong technical employment law knowledge
- Previous employment law experience during training contract or post-qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
