An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Law Graduate or Private Client Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded Trusts & Corporate Services team working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees. This is an ideal role for a law graduate looking to build a long-term career in private client, trusts, and estate planning within a supportive and well-established firm. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and trust professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of trust administration, estate planning, and private client matters. The firm is committed to developing junior talent and offers excellent training, mentoring, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

  • Supporting the administration of trusts and estates.
  • Assisting with the preparation of trust documentation and legal correspondence.
  • Liaising with high-net-worth clients, trustees, executors, and professional advisers.
  • Assisting with probate and estate administration matters.
  • Preparing legal documents, reports, and file notes.
  • Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Supporting fee earners with a wide range of private client and trust matters.
  • Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

About You

  • An LLB or equivalent Law degree.
  • Ideally around 12 months' experience working within trusts, probate, or private client law but this is not essential.
  • Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A professional and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career specialising in trusts, estates, and private client work.
