An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Law Graduate or Private Client Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded Trusts & Corporate Services team working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees. This is an ideal role for a law graduate looking to build a long-term career in private client, trusts, and estate planning within a supportive and well-established firm. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and trust professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of trust administration, estate planning, and private client matters. The Role
- Supporting the administration of trusts and estates.
- Assisting with the preparation of trust documentation and legal correspondence.
- Liaising with high-net-worth clients, trustees, executors, and professional advisers.
- Assisting with probate and estate administration matters.
- Preparing legal documents, reports, and file notes.
- Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate client records.
- Supporting fee earners with a wide range of private client and trust matters.
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
About You
- An LLB or equivalent Law degree.
- Ideally around 12 months' experience working within trusts, probate, or private client law but this is not essential.
- Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in developing a career specialising in trusts, estates, and private client work.
