An exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to take on a hybrid or totally remote working opportunity as a conveyancing team leader. This can be on a purely residential caseload or commercial also. Your role will involve looking after a team of 4 staff – a mix of fee earners and support. The firm do not expect their lawyers to manage more than 70 files and they have a lucrative bonus scheme which ensures their conveyancers are well remunerated.

Requirements:

  • Managing a team and providing advice to your overall conveyancing team.
  • Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold, leasehold and purchases, property transactions, sales and remortgages.
  • Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
  • Commercial Property experience would be helpful but not essential.
