The Role You’ll be handling a busy caseload of non-contentious insolvency work, alongside broader corporate matters. The team’s workload includes:

• Non-contentious insolvency for high-profile clients
• Complex matters ranging from £35m to £100m+
• Working closely with directors and playing a key role in client delivery and working towards firm management with a clear succession planning route.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in insolvency (no maximum experience level)
• Background in non-contentious insolvency and corporate law
• Excellent organisational and client-handling skills
• Ambitious and motivated to take on a leadership role with progression to directorship
