\n This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a loyal client base and play a key role in the continued development of the department.
The Role
\n You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families

The role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to mentor junior team members, and involvement in business development activities.
About You

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience (10 + PQE needed)
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
