You’ll be joining an established and highly regarded team, working on a broad range of private client matters. There will be a particular focus on estate and succession planning for high net worth individuals, including those with business and farming interests across Scotland and beyond.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Handling the administration of estates
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and related documents
- Supporting with the set-up, management and wind-up of trusts and charities
- Advising on inheritance tax and wider capital tax planning
You’ll enjoy managing a varied workload, staying organised, and building strong relationships with clients, always aiming to deliver a high standard of advice and service. A competitive salary is offered.
