Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a Regulatory Solicitor to join this Tier 1 listed Legal 500 Healthcare Regulatory department and work for a highly regarded national Top 50 firm with a fantastic reputation. Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years' experience within Healthcare Regulatory and have broad commercial experience across the board.

The role will primarily focus on managing a caseload of inquest files for various NHS clients, care homes and other organisations, and broader healthcare advisory work. The team deals with a diverse range of work, from NHS Trusts to private healthcare providers and cover inquests, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals and other regulatory challenges; including advising on and defending prosecutions by Care Quality Commission and providing advice on a wide range of other health and care issues such as consent and confidentiality, capacity and best interests and discharge processes. 

This role can be based flexibly based across their North West offices and they are keen to find people with existing experience within the Healthcare Regulatory sector who are well rounded commercial lawyers looking to deal with quality work and develop their career. They have a flexible working model and hybrid working that allows 2 days per week in office and 3 days at home.

You will joining as a Senior Associate with opportunities to progress to Principal Associate, Legal Director & Partner still afforded. The department is spread nationally with almost 50 lawyers and clear progression routes for all.
