The Role
- You will manage your own full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity

- Title checks, drafting contracts, and dealing with enquiries
You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team, where your experience and input will be valued, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.
