The Role
- You will manage your own full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership (where applicable)
- Title checks, drafting contracts, and dealing with enquiries
You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team, where your experience and input will be valued, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
- We’re looking for a confident conveyancer who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will have:
- Solid experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- A client-first approach and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced fee earner with relevant experience.
