I am working with a well-established law firm that is expanding its footprint with a brand-new office in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to play a key role in shaping and developing this new branch from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be joining as a standalone fee earner, with the opportunity to grow the office and team as work levels increase. This is a fantastic career move for someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and being actively involved in business development.
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Other general residential property work
As the office grows, the role will evolve to include managing support staff and handling approximately 25–30 new files per month with administrative assistance.
