QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its specialist Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Employment Lawyer looking to work within a well-established and respected practice known for delivering high-quality advice to both employers and senior employees across a broad range of sectors.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative specialist team handling a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will advise clients on a broad range of workplace issues while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and profile of the department. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and the opportunity to become a visible part of a recognised Employment practice.
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Providing strategic and commercially focused employment advice
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related matters
- Advising on settlement agreements, disciplinary matters, grievances, restructures, and employment disputes
- Managing client relationships and delivering high standards of client care
- Assisting with seminars, client training sessions, and employment law updates
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5 years’ PQE in Employment Law. Strong technical experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Commercially aware with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable presenting to clients and participating in seminars or networking events. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
