Joining a market-leading recoveries team handling specialist unsecured debt and enforcement work:

  • Managing a varied caseload including bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, contested insolvency applications and orders for sale
  • Advising on county court and high court litigation, as well as magistrates’ court matters
  • Acting for a broad client base including local authorities, national energy suppliers and other institutional clients
  • Working within a unique team that includes dual-qualified solicitors and insolvency practitioners, enabling a streamlined, end-to-end service
  • Supporting public sector clients on Council Tax, Business Rates and Adult Social Care debt matters
