This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected Scottish private practice that continues to invest in the growth of its Residential Conveyancing team. The firm has ambitious plans for the future and is looking for an experienced solicitor who enjoys building client relationships, developing business and playing an active role in the success of a growing department.
You’ll manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and remortgages, advising a loyal and established client base. Alongside your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to work on more complex transactions, advise high-net-worth clients and help mentor and support junior colleagues.
This is a genuinely client-facing role where you’ll have the autonomy to build your own profile in the market and further strengthen existing professional relationships. If you enjoy networking, developing business and becoming a trusted adviser to clients and introducers alike, you’ll be encouraged and supported to do just that.

In return, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm where your contribution will be recognised and your career genuinely supported. You’ll enjoy high-quality work, direct client contact, the opportunity to influence the future direction of the team and a competitive salary and benefits package.
