I'm working with a growing legal team looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Lawyer to advise on a broad range of commercial matters across different businesses and sectors.
You'll work closely with clients, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and taking ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion.
The work will cover a range of commercial matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Data protection and intellectual property matters.
Supporting clients with day-to-day commercial legal issues and wider business priorities.
You'll be an experienced Commercial Lawyer with a strong grounding in commercial contracts and the confidence to advise clients on a range of business-critical matters.
Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to legal advice.
