The firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Property team. The Role: You will manage your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property transactions
