If you're looking to build your career with a firm that has an outstanding reputation within its local community, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for. This is a long-established and highly respected private practice that has built its success on exceptional client service and long-standing relationships. Much of the firm's work comes from repeat business and personal recommendations, something they are incredibly proud of and work hard to maintain. They genuinely put their clients at the heart of everything they do and are looking for someone who shares that same approach. Just as importantly, they invest in their people. They recognise that talented lawyers are key to their continued success and have created a supportive and collaborative environment where you'll be encouraged to develop your skills, grow in confidence and progress your career. There is a genuine commitment to promoting from within, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves within a firm for the long term. The Residential Conveyancing Team is exceptionally busy and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with a minimum of one year's experience successfully managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll enjoy a varied workload, build strong relationships with your clients and become a trusted adviser throughout what is often one of the most important milestones in their lives. Whilst you'll naturally be commercially aware and understand the importance of contributing to the continued success of the business, client care will always come first. This is a firm that values quality over quantity, where delivering an exceptional client experience is just as important as the technical advice you provide. In return, you'll join a friendly, approachable and experienced team where your contribution will be recognised, your career will be supported and you'll have every opportunity to continue developing professionally. If you're looking for a role where you'll genuinely be valued, supported and given the opportunity to progress your career within a highly regarded firm, I'd be delighted to tell you more. Please contact me, Deborah Collier at QED Legal, for a confidential discussion.
