The Role involves joining a highly regarded Family team recognised for handling high-quality private family law matters. You will manage your own varied caseload covering divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes and private children matters.
- Advise clients with empathy, professionalism and practical commercial awareness.
- Handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including drafting court documents, witness statements, consent orders and correspondence.
- Work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex financial remedy matters involving high-value assets.
- Develop tailored legal strategies that achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
