The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor (from NQ to Associate level) to join a busy and successful Family Law team. You’ll work with a supportive group of professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of interesting and rewarding family law matters.

• Handling a varied caseload including financial remedy cases (mid to high-net-worth)
• Advising on children law matters, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Drafting, reviewing, and analysing a broad range of legal documents
• Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Working closely with senior team members on complex matters
• Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development
• Engaging in business development and networking activities to grow client relationships
• Managing client communication with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (MCILEX/FCILEX) with relevant family law experience
• Comfortable handling finance cases, children cases, and cohabitation matters

• Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload in a supportive environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
• Willingness to support and guide junior colleagues
• Committed to ongoing professional development
