Opportunity to join one of the leading practices in Liverpool and work as part of a Legal 500 firm that have forged a stellar reputation dealing with HNW & high profile clients. This role in particular will be to take on a senior role as a Partner within their highly successful Family Law team.

This role can offer you:

  • Immediate Partnership
  • Full Autonomy
  • True Flexibility
  • Management Based Role

You will be joining a new office with a small team but with scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base. This position will be based in their Liverpool city centre office, however there is an extremely flexible and generous hybrid working policy.

Ideally you will be a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and will either be at Partner level already or Senior Associate. You will need to be experienced dealing with private family law matters as this practice only specialises in dealing with private family law and HNW individuals.

This position will primarily focus on business management and helping the department grow, whilst also working with your existing colleagues and client base to improve processes. The business is going through a highly successful period with all departments busier than ever, leading to a consistent increase in turnover and profit so this is an opportune time to join and be part of the growth.

There will be less of an emphasis placed on fee earning but there is a good mix of work in place to include private children work, civil partnerships, co-habitation agreements, divorce and ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements and much more.

Your client base will also be varied and see you deal with local clients as well as more affluent clients on a regional scale. Whilst work is of a high quality, there is a modern feel to this practice and you will have the luxury of your secretarial support, a supportive management board that will guide you whenever necessary and fantastic work/life balance. A following is not essential due to the volumes of work and success they have seen recently.

The firm are very work/life balance focused and can offer a generous hybrid working split, however there would be the need to travel between offices to liaise with the Directors and discuss plans for progressing and growing the team.

Attractive benefits package will be offered including a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare, plus the chance to oversee an established team within a well known and respected firm. Salary will be based on experience level but will likely be in the realms of £75,000 - £100,000.
