We are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner to our office in Greater Manchester.
Our firm is a reputable, claimant Legal 500 which specialises in insurance and credit hire. Joining as a fee earner, you will be responsible for a litigated caseload of credit hire to RTA cases.
Duties include

  • Handling a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
  • Fast to multi track cases valuing to £100,000
  • Responsible for a full litigated caseload
  • Inception to settlement caseload of files
  • Collecting evidence, drafting witness statements and court hearings
